The following Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Asher Rides Inc. (“Asher”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all services made available through them.
By accessing the Site, App, or Services, creating an Account, or using the Services, you accept these Terms.
Asher is a technology platform that connects Riders and Drivers. Asher does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier. Drivers who provide rides through the platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Asher.
Rider Services — Riders may request rides, view estimated fares, track rides in real-time, pay through the app, rate drivers, tip drivers, and contact drivers via proxy calling.
Driver Services — Drivers may receive and accept ride requests, navigate to locations, process payments, manage vehicle and license information, subscribe to plans, and receive payouts.
B2B Services — Organizations may establish Business Accounts to manage ride services for employees or clients, including automated billing and invoicing.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
Eligibility — Access to the Services is available only to registered users who have agreed to these Terms.
