Before your driver arrives, you’ll see their name, photo, vehicle make and model, license plate, and real-time location in the app. Always verify these details match before getting in.

Yes. You can share your real-time trip status, driver details, and location with friends or family directly from the app. They’ll be able to track your ride until you arrive safely.
After each ride, you have 2 hours to contact the driver directly through the app’s messaging feature. If you can’t reach them, contact our support team and we’ll help facilitate the return of your item.
