Do unused ride credits roll over?

Yes. If you don't use all your credits in a week, a percentage carries over to the next week:

Rollover credits always round up (e.g., 11 unused credits at 50% = 5.5 → rounds to 6).

Is there a limit to how many credits I can bank?

Yes. Each plan has a maximum rollover cap to prevent unlimited stockpiling:

Once you hit the cap, any excess credits above the limit are lost. This only affects drivers who aren't using the platform regularly.

What happens to my banked credits if I cancel?

Your banked credits remain active for 30 days after you cancel. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your balance is restored (with rollover rules applied). If you resubscribe after 30 days, your balance is gone and you start fresh with new credits.

How does rollover work if I resubscribe?

If you cancel and then resubscribe within 30 days:

  1. Your balance at cancellation is restored
  2. Your new plan's rollover percentage is applied to that balance
  3. Your new plan's cap is enforced
  4. No fresh weekly credits are added until your first renewal

Example: You cancelled Full-Time with 18 credits. You resubscribe to Full-Time within 30 days. You get 75% of 18 = 14 credits restored (rounded up). Your first renewal adds 75 fresh credits + rollover on whatever remains.
