Once a driver accepts your ride, you’ll see your driver’s name, photo, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time. Track them in real-time as they head your way.
Most rides are matched within 1–3 minutes, with drivers arriving in 5–10 minutes depending on your location and time of day. You’ll see an estimated arrival time before confirming your ride.

Not at this time, but all our drivers are verified, insured, and committed to safe, reliable service. If you have a great experience, rating your driver 5 stars makes you more likely to be matched with them again.
You can cancel anytime before your driver arrives. Cancellations within 2 minutes of being matched are free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver for their time.
Yes, you can add stops during your ride.
