When does my billing cycle start?

Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe (after your free trial ends). If you subscribe on a Tuesday, you'll be billed every Tuesday. Each week you get fresh credits plus any rollover from the previous week.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel anytime, and your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Your banked credits stay available for 30 days, giving you a grace period to resubscribe without losing your balance.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended and you won't be able to accept new rides until payment is resolved. Your credits remain safe during this period.

Can I get a refund if I don't use all my credits?

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but unused credits roll over according to your plan's rollover rules. If you're consistently not using your full allocation, consider downgrading to a lower-tier plan.

How is the 5% fee calculated and charged?

The 5% platform fee is automatically deducted from each completed ride fare before depositing your earnings. You'll see a clear breakdown in your earnings summary:
