How do Asher Rewards work?

Every ride you take earns you points that can be redeemed for discounts on future rides. It's our way of thanking you for choosing local.

How do I earn points?

Standard earning rate:

• Earn 2 points per $1 spent on your ride fare
• Example: $15 ride = 30 points

Promotional bonuses (when active): We regularly run special point promotions to reward our riders:

• Weekend bonuses: up to 2x points on weekend rides
• Holiday specials: extra points during holidays and local events

Check the app for current active promotions. You'll see any applicable bonus before confirming your ride.

How do I redeem points?

Standard redemption:

• 100 points = $1 off your next ride
• You can only redeem your points when you have accumulate at least 100 points

Tap "Rewards" in the app to see your balance and redeem points before your next ride.

Do my points expire?

Your points stay valid as long as you keep riding. If your account has no ride activity for 12 months, your points balance is forfeited — we'll email you 30 days before that happens so you have time to use them. Taking a ride resets the clock.

Can I use points and promo codes together?

Yes. You can combine your earned points with any promotional offer you're eligible for. The promotion applies first, then any points you choose to redeem.
